It takes a lot of blood, sweat, and patience to create a body that can do aerial arts. Sometimes aerial students need more help to attain their technical goals. My videos help fill in the training gaps to help you and your body have a successful and satisfying aerial practice with as little injuries and setbacks as possible.
In circus school, I was lucky enough to train with some of the masters. I studied full time for many years, and have gained a mastery of knowledge in understanding the body, how to train, fitness science, dealing with plateaus and injuries, how to eat, creative tools and inspiration, and possibly most importantly staying connected to yourself and your personal drive.
Below are some of my favorite tutorial videos that I find the most useful to the most people. You can view all of my tutorial videos here. I add more regularly. Also feel free to request tutorials for areas that you need some help with.
